Even though I usually think of dark colors as more of a Fall and Winter thing, I am loving the idea of cobalt blue in the summer! Especially when you tuck in this tank into a black maxi skirt and belt the hip with a light brown belt!
Add some accessories such as a chunky bracelet since your arms are completely exposed, a delicate necklace, and a pair of nude pumps and you're set for a cute summer outfit that can go from day (shopping downtown) to night (a summer night date.)
