The other day was sweltering hot so I figured it was the perfect day to make a mango slushie! All I needed was ice and fresh mangos (frozen mangos work as well, however they aren't quite as sweet so I suggest adding some sugar or agave to it.)
Here's my super simple and healthy recipe for the perfect afternoon drink that is healthy, filling, and icy cold on a summer day!
Mangos (or any other fruit alternative such as strawberries, etc.)
How to Make it:
Blend the fruit and ice to taste. I added about half and half to keep it in a slushie consistency, but still keep it sweet from the fruit.
Add sugar or agave as desired.
